Rules and Regulations

ELIGIBILITY

• all works must be original
• any technique/medium is acceptable
• any size is acceptable, but the work must fit into 1 (one) FedEx Tube
  (Dimensions of tube: Height 96.5cm (38in), Width 15.2cm (6in), Depth 15.2cm (6in)

ENTRY PROCEDURE

• payments must be made through Paypal prior to registration. Note:  A Paypal account is not necessary.  You will be able to pay by credit card as well.
  
• the entry fee is 40 US dollars for the maximum of 3 works.  Additional works up to 6 may be uploaded for an additional $10 per image.
  
• once you have completed your payment, you will be directed to register and submit your artwork.
  
• artists may electronically submit 3-6 digital images per entry according to payment schedule above.
  (each digital image must be no more than 72 dpi, 1280x800, and 650KB)
  
• title, dimensions, and media must be provided for each work

Online submission form may be edited until May 12, 2010

JURY SELECTED ADMISSIONS - Selected Artists Notified by June 16th, 2010

PRESENTATION

All accepted works must be prepared for display as follows:

• Art work must be individually identified by a label on the back, clearly stating name of artist and work
• Assembly instructions and any additional information should be included. Where required, stipulate set-up/hanging directions
• selected piece(s) must be sent via FedEx Tube(s) to the Peak Gallery address:

• artists are responsible for shipping and return cost(s). A prepaid return label should be included with work(s) that arrive at the gallery.

INSURANCE

`Works are only insured while in the possession of Peak Gallery, which accepts no liability for work damaged in transit. All works are insured up to a maximum of 2,000 US dollars with a 500 US dollars deductible. Artists may choose to provide their own insurance.
